Kanematsu's first subsidiary located within the United States was founded in 1951. Located in downtown Manhattan, the office is currently staffed with highly trained professionals and serves as the U.S. corporate headquarters.
The office functions as Kanematsu USA's communications nerve center - operating around-the-clock assisting with administrative and operational support. In addition to supporting all six U.S. branches, the headquarters serves as the "bridge" between the U.S. branches, subsidiaries and partners world-wide. Functions include finance and accounting, traffic and insurance, credit, legal, information systems, human resources, and general affairs. |
